Polyethylene Terephthalate Film (PETF)
JV «Amipak» is the first-rate manufacturer of non-oriented polyethylene terephthalate films in the CIS countries.
Our products are characterized by their high level of stability, good barrier characteristics, high degree of transparency and deep drawability during hot shaping. Upper film layers contain the antilocking additive that provides for high slip rating prevents roll interplay adhesion and ensures light product takeoff during hot shaping.
Our coextruded equipment enables production of film with pre-set characteristics as well as essential expansion of the product classification.
At present we can produce films of various colors, metallized and foamed films as per customer’s request.
Taking into account high ecological characteristics of the material, PTF films have firmly occupied their market segment. These products are especially popular with manufacturers of confectionary, meat and dairy products, freeze and semi-products, and chemical industry products. They are also used for blister packaging, advertising products, and etc.
Unlike polystyrene (PS) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) PET foil preserves its strength in temperature modes up to 60 С0.
PTF structure possesses the following unique characteristics:
- High transparency in amorphous state, opaqueness (specific for multi — layer PTF);
- Low oxygen, gas, and flavor permeability (therefore, excellent barrier characteristics);
- Absolute safety;
- Absence of flavor;
- Acid, alkali, and salt inertness;
- High impact resistance (90kJ/mІ) in wide temperature range;
- Low index of moisture absorption;
- Easy stuff coloring;
- Excellent color printing adherence;
- Super processing by means of extrusion, die casting, hot shaping;
