Film for lamination
Description: for external lamination as a top protective coating for flexographic painting, spectacular industrial design; Generally we use films with improved optical characteristics and gloss. Film thickness is from 30 micron. It is also used for internal lamination as an internal heat-sealing layer for “difficult” or “barrier” films. The assortment, parameter and characteristics range of such film are very diverse. Films for lamination produced by JV OJSC “Amipak” are characterized by:
- Good inner layer adhesion;
- Excellent heat sealability;
- Absence of thickness variation;
- Pre-set geometrical parameters;
- Rolling uniformity;
- Pre-set coefficient of static friction for inner and outer layers;

Film for milk and dairy products packaging (kefir, ryazhenka, yoghurt, cottage cheese, etc.)
Coextruded black and white film owing to its structure is an ideal packaging material for liquid dairy products, juices and water.
Our long-lasting experience has helped us to work out perfect three-layered film formulations with each layer performing its own function:
- The internal (heat-sealing) film layer is made of high-pressure polythene and ensures high strength and excellent quality of weld lines due to special additives. Black printer added to this layer makes the film absolutely light — and UV — proof, and therefore prolongs the product shelf-life.
- The intermediate layer is made of special high-pressure polyethylene that provides high mechanical strength of the film, prevents seals from cuts through while welding, and is light-proof.
- The external film layer is made of high-pressure polyethylene with sliding additives that ensure ideal film sliding in automatic packaging machine. Special additives in this layer add gloss to the film.
Such three-layered coextruded film is really beneficial for a variety of advantages:
- Improved physical and mechanical strength as compared to mono-films and a subsequent opportunity to use 80 µm instead of 90 µm films with reduction of the package unit net cost;
- Unique and individual characteristics application to each layer that leads to workability optimization, increase in productivity, product losses economy, energy saving;
- Three-layered structure ensures usage of three different materials per one production cycle, helps to optimize processing and performance properties of the packaging materials, and to minimize product net cost.
Shrinkable film
Scope of usage: for collation packaging; The newest equipment gives an opportunity to observe accurately geometrical parameters of the produced film: its width, thickness, roll winding smooth, linear meter mass. Furthermore, such three-layered shrink film may be optimized and particularly oriented as per customer packaging equipment and goods requirements.
Film for deep freeze products packaging
The main characteristics of this film are as follows:
- Excellent heat-sealability;
- Improved puncture strength (sharp corners of pack products tend to cut the package);
- Sufficient rigidity to form packages on packaging equipment;
Usage of the up-to-date materials ensures the required parameter of puncture strength and allows retaining all the above mentioned film characteristics at — 20 C0. Since each layer is formed separately the film produced by “Amipak” company combines not only optimization of each layer properties but also 15-20% improvement of strength characteristics as compared to mono-films.
In transparent film production JV “Amipak” uses the similar approach and newest materials.
