Production
Packaging, Lamination and Film Cutting Division
This division is supplied with the following equipment:
Post-printing cutting into required formats, combined materials and PET film cutting processes are also carried out by this division.
Flexographic Printing Division
This division is supplied with the following equipment:
- 4-color printing machine «Castello 65» (manufactured by «BIELLONI» company, Italy);
- 6-color printing machine «Saturno» (manufactured by «BMF s.r.l.», Italy);
Both machines have the following printing standards:
- Maximum roll width — 1200 mm.
- Maximum coverage width — 1040 mm.
- Maximum printing speed — 200 m/min.
We use PE film, PET film, combined materials, parchment, paper and other polymer materials as printed stock manufactured in rolls or spools on carton-paper, plastic and metallized cores. We also make use of the adhesive laminator (manufactured by «BIELLONI» company, Italy), intended for flexible multilayer packaging materials including interlaminar flexographic printing with non-solvent adhesive compositions on basis of PET, PE, BOPP, PP, PA films.
Printing standards are as follows:
- Winding width — from 800 to 1400 mm.
- Printing speed — 300 m/min.
- Unwinding roll diameter — 800 mm.
PET Film Division
This department produces coextruded PET films with thickness 150 … 1 000 µm and material width up to 1 800 µm.
It is supplied with the following equipment:
- 3 coextruded machines: “SML” (Austria), “BRÜCKNER” (Germany), “BARMAG” (Germany);
- Production line for PET monofilm (manufactured by “RAIFENHAUSER”, Germany);
Total production line capacity — 16 000 tons of PET film per year.
Polythene Film Division 
This division produces coextruded polythene films (link) (A/B/C) and monofilms with thickness from 30 to 200 µm and width up to 1 600 mm.
It is supplied with the following equipment:
- 2 production lines (manufactured by «BIELLONI», Italy) for film (A/B/C) production;
- Coextrusion machine («BARMAG», Germany);
- 2 monofillm production machines («BIELLONI»).
The coextrusion machines are equipped with the gravimetric proportioning system allowing to charge up to 3 different components into each layer of the material. Total production line capacity — 6 000 tons per year.
Thermoforming Division
This division executes forming of different types of products from PET film.
It is supplied with the following equipment:
- Thermoforming machines (manufactured by «Likar Holding», Czechia; «GN», Canada; «GRAINER», Austria; «iLig», Germany);
- 2 bag-making lines for high-pressure polythene packages production (manufactured by «I. T. Klaitman Ltd», Israel);
Package dimensions: from 100×100mm to 1000×1200 mm.
Polymer Division
This division produces returnable polymer containers.
It is supplied with the following equipment:
- Injection molding machines with injection capacity of 3 000 sm³ to 5 000 sm³ (manufactured by «DEMAG», Germany)
Total production capacity — 750 000 items per year (up to 3.5 kg each).
Polymer Recycling Division
This division executes recycling of high and low-pressure polythene and polypropylene.
It is supplied with the following equipment:
- Recycling equipment (manufactured by “Ukrpolymermash”, Ukraine);
- Recycling equipment (manufactured by “KUHNE” company, Germany).
Total production capacity — 1 000 tons per year.
